Synposis[]
Angelina now has a baby sister named Polly after lying about having one last time. Unfortunately, Angelina's parents are too preoccupied with Polly to give Angelina attention and are quite disorganized, such as Mr. Mouseling accidentally putting Polly's baby bottle in Angelina's lunchbox instead of her lunch, and Polly accidentally destroying the china statue Angelina won as a ballet prize.
Angelina then becomes jealous, frustrated, neglected, and upset, and starts crying and having a fit, feeling like her family doesn't care about her anymore, and goes as far as destroying her room in a fit of jealous rage. The Mouselings hear a lot of noises upstairs and Mrs. Mouseling decides to go check on Angelina. She goes into the bedroom where Angelina says that she and the others don't care about her anymore, but Mrs. Mouseling says that she does care about Angelina and loves her as much as ever, but Angelina says no she doesn't and all she cares about is Polly. Mrs. Mouseling says that's not true and that she loves both of her daughters just the same, and Polly needs attention because she's just a baby. Mrs. Mouseling tells Angelina that she knows it's been hard, but Angelina will always be special to her and said that she was the very first baby. Angelina feels better and her grandparents remind her about the special dance she planned.
Wearing her tutu and slippers, Angelina performs her solo dance and soon Polly wanted to join Angelina in her dance. Angelina was glad to have Polly and pointed out that she wanted to take her back to the baby shop yesterday (and her father says that he's glad Angelina didn't do that) and names her the "Most Promising Sister of the Year."
